Position: SAP Program Manager
Location: Alpharetta, GA(Onsite)
Exp: 12+ Years Needed
Job Description:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale SAP programs (e.g., S/4HANA implementation, ECC to S/4 migration, global template rollouts).
- Define and manage program governance, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate across SAP functional modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, etc.) and technical areas (BASIS, ABAP, BTP, Fiori).
- Engage with business stakeholders to align program goals with enterprise strategy.
- Manage internal teams, external vendors, and system integrators to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide regular executive-level reporting, program dashboards, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, SAP Activate methodology, and/or Agile delivery practices.
- Drive issue resolution, change control, and stakeholder alignment across workstreams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the program team.
