Job Details

Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues. Install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, and other necessary tools for use on workstations and computer networks. Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including those related to software, hardware, and networking. Monitor installed systems, identify problems, and take corrective action.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide basic technical support to clients.

Troubleshoot application issues and perform basic diagnostics of desktop and laptop software problems.

Requirements:

  • 3 5 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and commit to a flexible work schedule.

Nice to Have:

  • 3 5 years of technical experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience troubleshooting desktop, printer, and notebook issues.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Rate: $25-30/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract to hire position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week . Contract duration is 6 months with possible extensions.
