Pay Range:$19.42-$28.56/Hrs
Description
* Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for various devices.
* Install and configure devices and related software.
* Provide technical assistance both onsite and remotely.
* Manage and resolve service tickets within agreed timelines.
* Coordinate with vendors and support teams for service delivery.
* Support IT needs for events and emergency situations.
* Maintain documentation for standard configurations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide break/fix support for devices.
* Re-image and configure devices as needed.
* Troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
* Document issues and resolutions in the service management system.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware replacements.
* Manage ticket queue and ensure timely resolution.
* Provide support for disaster recovery and emergency situations.
Qualifications
* Comprehensive understanding of PC hardware and software.
* Experience with operating systems and application support.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience working within service level agreements and ITIL processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
