Job description:
  • Expertise in data masking, data anonymization, data sub-setting, and synthetic data generation.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and CCPA compliance enforcement.
  • Proven experience in test data management or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, ETL tools, and data masking software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with test automation and CI/CD practices is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of test data creation processes using various test data provisioning methods, such as data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation, leveraging tools like Delphix.
  • Work closely with testing and development teams to understand test data requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Develop and maintain test data management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand test data requirements for various projects and initiatives.
  • Design and implement processes for acquiring, generating, and provisioning test data sets.
  • Define and enforce data privacy and security standards for test data.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with data providers and vendors.
  • Lead efforts to automate test data provisioning and management processes.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and efficiency of test data management systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on test data management best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in test data management.
