Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support for end-users (hardware and software).
  • Troubleshoot physical network issues (LAN cables, switches, routers).
  • Resolve OS problems (Windows, macOS) including installation and updates.
  • Handle application troubleshooting for common business apps.
  • Assist with basic user account setup and permissions.
  • Document issues and solutions in a ticketing system.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of network connectivity and cabling.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and common applications.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and support multiple users.
