Key Responsibilities:
Duplicate, qualify, and scale robotic system manufacturing lines.
Provide Design for Manufacturability input and maintain production processes.
Create/refine BOMs, workflow processes, and work instructions.
Train and support production technicians.
Design, qualify, and document assembly/test fixtures & equipment.
Support failure analysis for discrepant components, assemblies, and returns.
Lead yield improvement, cost reduction, and capacity enhancement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with medical device quality systems.
Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor s in Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent).
3 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong electro-mechanical and/or process engineering background.
Ability to troubleshoot to component level.
Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Hands-on mindset with continuous improvement focus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in FDA/ISO regulated environment.
Project leadership and validation/verification experience.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, JIT, and Demand Flow techniques.
Strong electromechanical product experience.
