Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to recommend effective technology solutions.

Develop system requirements and documentation, including detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, workflows, and specifications.

Align business processes and technology initiatives with overall organizational strategies.

Lead or support business process reengineering efforts and identify opportunities to introduce new technologies.

Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analysis (cost/benefit, ROI, buy vs. build, etc.).

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design reviews, unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams (Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Support, etc.) and serve as a liaison with business stakeholders.

Organize, plan, and manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Provide guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to team members as needed.

8+ years of experience analyzing business systems and user needs.
-
8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including a thorough understanding of BA practices, tasks, and methodologies.

8+ years participating in software development reviews and SDLC processes.
-
8+ years supporting or conducting unit testing, system testing, and UAT activities.
-
8+ years of experience organizing and managing multiple workstreams.

Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
-
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.

Proven experience working as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

Strong experience in data analysis and requirements gathering.
