Skillset:

• Experience supporting network and DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) infrastructure
• Python, Ansible, or Shell scripting
• Observability tools for monitoring server environments: Splunk & Datadog
• Managing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure

The Role/Team:

• As a DDI Engineer, you ll be on a team responsible for managing and supporting infrastructure built on Infoblox appliances and Linux servers running ISC BIND.
• The team oversees both on-premises and cloud service provider (CSP) environments, ensuring consistent and reliable delivery of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services across client s hybrid infrastructure.
• You ll be applying IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies to maintain high standards of service delivery, aligning technology operations with business needs.

The Expertise You Have

• 3 5 years of experience supporting network and DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with BIND, Infoblox, or other DDI solutions
• Strong ability to troubleshoot DNS and DHCP issues
• Experience managing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure
• Familiarity with observability tools for monitoring server environments
• Proficiency in Python, Ansible, or Shell scripting
• Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux
