Skillset:
- Experience supporting network and DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) infrastructure
- Python, Ansible, or Shell scripting

- Managing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure
The Role/Team:
- As a DDI Engineer, you ll be on a team responsible for managing and supporting infrastructure built on Infoblox appliances and Linux servers running ISC BIND.
- The team oversees both on-premises and cloud service provider (CSP) environments, ensuring consistent and reliable delivery of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services across client s hybrid infrastructure.
- You ll be applying IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies to maintain high standards of service delivery, aligning technology operations with business needs.
The Expertise You Have
- 3 5 years of experience supporting network and DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with BIND, Infoblox, or other DDI solutions
- Strong ability to troubleshoot DNS and DHCP issues
- Experience managing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure
- Familiarity with observability tools for monitoring server environments
- Proficiency in Python, Ansible, or Shell scripting
- Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux
