Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)
Location: Remote (we believe there is flexibility to be in any US timezone)
Duration: 3+ Months
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and IT teams in identifying, designing, and delivering scalable technology solutions. This role will play a key part in gathering business requirements, managing enhancements, and supporting Salesforce initiatives, particularly in Salesforce Revenue Cloud. An ideal candidate would be someone who is proactive and feels comfortable in working independently to achieve business goals.
Role Description:
- Collaborate with business partners, administrators, and end users to understand business processes, objectives, and pain points.
- Gather business requirements and converting those requirements into user stories.
- Work with IT and stakeholders to define solutions and implementation plans.
- Support organizational change management and release processes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of integrated IT systems to identify potential upstream and downstream impacts and integration opportunities.
- Coordinate and execute system testing to validate requirements and functionality.
- Perform User acceptance testing (UAT), track and resolve issues, and obtain end-user signoff to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in an enterprise technology environment.
- Experience working across various functions like Sales, Finance, Legal, IT
- Experience writing user stories within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end implementations: requirements gathering, configuration, project oversight, issue tracking, communication, and change management.
- Experience in AI tools and their application in business or technical environments.
- Aware of SFDC Revenue Cloud and differences/advantages over SFDC Sales Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
