Job Description
We're looking for a dependable and adaptable Project Support Runner to keep our on-site teams running smoothly. You'll be dispatched around the city to deliver keys, supplies, and other essential items - making sure our projects stay on track.
This is a travel-based role in New York City: you'll work for ~3 months with the opportunity to move onto the next project city. If you're reliable, resourceful, and enjoy being the person everyone can count on, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do
- Deliver supplies and other materials to project sites as needed.
- Respond quickly to requests from the team lead.
- Ensure timely, accurate handoffs to keep teams productive.
- Handle errands and one-off support tasks that arise during the project.
- Work closely with the local project team to anticipate needs.
- Dependable and punctual - others can count on you to show up and follow through.
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and comfort navigating the city.
- Positive, easy-to-work-with attitude.
- Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or field support.
- Familiarity with handling sensitive items (keys, secure materials).
- Travel opportunities - If you enjoy the work in NYC, there will be opportunities to continue the work in other cities.

- United States citizen, permanent resident, or citizen of American Samoa or other U.S. territory
- Recent employment history
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and medical assessment
- Background Checks: The criminal background check is conducted using United States information resources only (e.g., FBI fingerprint check, state and county checks). A criminal background check involves a 5-year inquiry for any location where the individual has resided, worked or gone to school within the United States or its territories. As a result of this limitation, the criminal background checks of individuals who have not resided in the United States or its territories for the preceding 5-years may not be considered complete. If the background check service is unable to perform a complete background check because of residency outside the United States, such individuals will be ineligible.
