Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role involves working on .Net, web forms, and medical billing systems. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain .Net and web forms to support our medical billing systems
Utilize skills in Apache Struts, C++, Database, EO/IR systems, Hibernate ORM, AB Testing, Ajax, API Development, ASP.NET, CSS to improve software functionality
Collaborate with the team to design and implement software solutions
Identify and fix software bugs to ensure the smooth running of our systems
Regularly update documentation to reflect changes in the system
Work closely with other team members to meet project deadlines
Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
Ensure the software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements

Proficiency in Apache Struts, C++, Database, EO/IR systems, Hibernate ORM, AB Testing, Ajax, API Development, ASP.NET, and CSS is required.
Experience in software engineering and development.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with the software development life cycle.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
