Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Infrastructure Project Manager.

Position: Infrastructure Project Manager (Job Id -2981268)
Location: Los Angeles CA 92004 (REMOTE)
Duration: 12 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension

- A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience that includes creating business requirements, project plans, project schedules and associated project materials
- Must have PMP Certification
- 5+ years minimum experience in project management including technology, infrastructure (ex: networks (wired, wireless, VPN, firewall), data center, facilities, servers, storage, databases, interfaces, endpoint engineering, Active Directory and cloud technology), and application integrations projects
- Experience with supporting Electronic Medical Record (EMR) / Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations (EPIC) from the application and infrastructure side, as well as ancillary applications and devices.
- Expert understanding of project management and project management tools
- Expert understanding of software development and infrastructure project lifecycles
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegate
- Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables
- Expert usage of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Excellent communication skills as related to project management strategy, schedules, tasks, deliverables, risks, and issues.
