Our client is seeking a skilled Development Lead to support modern front-end web development initiatives, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role will oversee the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment, across a range of digital platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development efforts across digital applications.
- Support, maintain, and enhance web components using JavaScript, HTML, CDN configurations, and Adobe platform tools.
- Collaborate with business units, vendors, and technical teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and security best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive system and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Adobe AEM and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular.js, Ember.js).
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test-driven development.
- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Experience in media, sports, or entertainment industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
