Responsibilities:
- Review sites close out packages, site sweep/PIM results for accuracy, updating databases with necessary information.
- Create site design RFDS and complete plumbing diagrams. Generate RF propagation plots for review when required.
- Utilize propagation tools and other RF related software such as MapInfo, ATOLL, Data pro for site candidate comparison, propagation and coverage review and selection, zoning and regulatory.
- Prepare necessary zoning/regulatory filings for sites ensuring that compliance is met. Attend zoning meetings for assigned areas as required.
- Ensure 100% regulatory requirements are met in every phase of design project.
- Conduct RFE analysis, generate required reports and document, and ensure 100% compliance with RFE mitigation standards within the allotted time frame.

- ATOLL, Roof view and/or Roof Master, Google Earth / kml import, FCC ASR and ULS databases, FUZE
- Other desired tools: Microsoft Office suite of products (advanced experience level), Tableau, MapInfo thematic map creation, PIM mitigation techniques, Return Loss and Cable Loss calculations, Sweep measurement expertise, Database management.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering
- 5-7 years of experience
