Immediate need for a talented Administrative Assistant. This is a 03+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Princeton, NJ (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $45 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily review of sponsor portals for cash movement and report to teams
  • Work with the Billing team on significant cash movements
  • Run monthly/quarterly reporting packages
  • Assist in letter generation and daily regulatory mailings
  • Support Product Strategy
  • Contribute to Product Strategy investment material workflow for consistency
  • Proactively manage and maintain investment material dashboard and track expirations
  • Prepare documents for Product Strategy and L&C review
  • Track and document Red Oak submissions in a timely manner
  • Assist Product Strategy with ad hoc administrative requests
  • Communicate effectively with Product Strategy and L&C

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; Product/Portfolio Management
  • Excel/PowerPoint/Pitchbook.
  • Investment Banking/Financial Services Background
  • Attention to daily, communicates effectively, organizational skills, ability to manage mulitple tasks; Excel in Microsoft applications.
