Client: health insurance company
Location: on-site 3 days per week in Philadelphia, PA
Duration: contract to hire (eligible to convert after 90 days on contract)

The Data & Insight Reporting Analyst:
- Conducts data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions.
- Captures, develops, and documents data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
- Creates and produces dashboards, reports, ad hoc requests, forecasts, etc.
- Interprets data, analyzes results, and provides insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.
- Develops reports and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Identifies and defines both process and data improvements.
- Ensures compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- 3+ years experience building dashboards in Tableau
- Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a story , as well as provide recommendations with data trends.
- Experience with different applications and querying languages used by the business, SQL proficiency is a must have, and preference to experience with Python, R Studio, Power BI
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Works independently; receives minimal guidance.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
