Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience in Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB to join a dynamic team supporting a leading aviation client, American Airlines, through Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTSH). This role requires a hands-on developer who can work independently and collaboratively to build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular and Node.js
Work with MongoDB for data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation
Identify and troubleshoot issues in production and development environments
Ensure application security and data protection
Work in Agile/Scrum development cycles

Required Skills:

7+ years of professional experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency in Angular (v10 or above) and TypeScript
Extensive backend development experience with Node.js
Hands-on experience with MongoDB including aggregation, indexing, and schema design
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services
Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the airline or travel domain
Exposure to microservices architecture
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
