Role : Security / Access Management Architect
Location : Boston, MA (preferred) / Chaska, MN (Onsite)

Detailed JD:
Designs, implements, and leads secure cloud and system architectures, working across hardware, software, and product teams to build security into devices and services. Key responsibilities include creating strategies for cybersecurity programs, assessing and mitigating risks through threat modeling, providing expert guidance on cloud security (like IAM and encryption), developing security standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and governance frameworks.
Skills required:
- More than 10+ Years of experience in cloud Security with atleast 5+ years in Google cloud
- Implementation experience in atleast 3 to 4 production grade projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage key stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Develop cloud security strategies, roadmaps, and architecture patterns for Google devices and cloud platforms.
Conduct threat modeling, security analysis, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
Design secure system components, hardware/software interfaces, and define security use cases across different resources.
Work with internal teams (hardware, software, product) and external clients to define solutions, embed security, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Provide expert advice on security best practices, including IAM, VPC design, encryption, and secure access for cloud environments.
Drive the integration of security into CI/CD pipelines and the automation of security practices.
Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform) Expertise:
Lead security architecture design for Google Cloud Platform solutions, providing guidance on Google Cloud Platform-specific controls and governance.
Hardware & Systems Security:
Design security architecture for hardware, defining hardware/software interfaces and collaborating on innovative security solutions.
Consulting Engagements:
Lead client engagements, analyzing their needs, and guiding them in building and transforming their cybersecurity programs using Google's technologies and best practices
