Description
The client is looking for a Systems and Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience to help support the onboarding of new customers, as well as support the tracking of warehouse inventory for existing customers. The Systems and Data Engineer demonstrates strong influence, ability and communications skills to interact successfully and effectively with all departments and as an advisor and implementor to the organization on system efficiency and effectiveness of technology solutions, relying on extensive business applications experience and understanding of business workflows in relation to ERP, WMS, EDI, API and data analytics.

Oversee the day-to-day management of operational systems such as ERP, EDI, and WMS, its maintenance, project coordination, change request and support tasks.
Work independently and with IT partners to keep system health and integrity in an optimal operational environment.
Responsible for ensuring data integrity and protecting sensitive information through advanced analysis/research and recommending solutions, policies and procedures; evaluating system functionality; design, testing, and documentation of the company's ERP, WMS, Datasets, and other IT systems.
Use and report data to discover relationships, predict outcomes, and automate decisions, ultimately leading to better decision-making and business outcomes.
Plan, review, and revise feature configurations and customizations of IT systems to meet evolving business and operational needs.
Maintain and optimize integrations within IT business solutions.
Lead and support planned upgrades for critical business applications.
Develop, test, and deploy customizations utilizing business partners and consultants.
Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines approved by leadership to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage etc.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes.
Participate in on-going system training and lead internal training and regular information sharing activities.
Responsible for the change management and release process of business applications.
Responsible for data management which includes governance and control, security, and integrity.
Project manage system initiatives from inception to launch, providing requirements documentation, implementation, user testing support, and change management controls.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
Health, Dental, Life insurance coverage are made available per company policy. Eligibility for other benefits including 401K and Profit Sharing is also made available according to company policy and vesting policies.
