About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team. This professional will act as the key liaison between stakeholders and the technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate should bring a minimum of 8 years of direct Pega Business Analyst experience, with strong knowledge in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and Agile methodologies.
This is a business analyst role not a Pega Systems Architect (SA) or Senior Systems Architect (SSA) position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with Lead System Architects and project leadership to define solutions.
- Create use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
- Document requirements, test cases, and training materials.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support testing and validation to ensure functional requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain release documentation and end-user training materials.
- Conduct product and process training for internal users.
- Manage project risks and proactively mitigate potential issues.
