Job Details
Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term Contract
Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing Enterprise Customer Experience (CX) solutions
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and roadmaps
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Data-driven approach to product decision-making
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience with stakeholder management across technical and business teams
- Proven track record of successful product delivery and launch
- Experience with backlog management and prioritization
- Strong technical knowledge of development processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with enterprise software platforms
- Background in digital transformation projects
- Client-facing experience with requirement gathering and solution presentation
- Experience with market and user research, including competitive analysis
