Description
Company is a global pharmaceutical contract developer and manufacturer (CDMO) business headquartered in St. Paul, MN. Company was established following sale of substantially of all its drug delivery business to affiliates of Altaris Capital Partners.

The Company IT Support Analyst primary responsibility is for the day-to-day support of the Company Corporate Microsoft Azure Active Directory - onboarding and offboarding users, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft OneDrive environments. The Company IT Support Analyst has a solid Microsoft Platform technical background, is well organized and independent and possesses a "can-do" attitude. Candidate should have extensive experience supporting end users and providing stellar customer service. Prior experience should demonstrate practical hands-on knowledge of Administrating Microsoft environments and systems, and extensive experience supporting Microsoft Operating systems, Desktop and Laptop computing, and basic Level 1 Networking experience. The Company IT Support Analyst will also have responsibility to provide Level 1 Desktop Support on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
Actively Administrate all Microsoft environments and systems.
Manage all on boarding and off boarding of Company user's into and out of MS Azure Active Directory and all underlying Microsoft systems.
Act as the point of contact for all Level 1 computer and system related issues.
Provide remote and onsite support to end users for computer systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
Assist in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage.
Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
Perform hardware/software moves, changes, additions, and upgrades.
Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions.
Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience Administrating Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Azure Exchange, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft OneDrive.
1-3 years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving support and technical knowledge of end user computing environments.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows desktop environments.
Knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 including Email, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Knowledge and experience supporting networked environments including wired, wireless, VPN, TCP/IP protocol, routing concepts and basic networking such as DHCP, DNS, etc.
Windows and desktop peripherals.
Microsoft Active Directory User and Group administration.
Excellent organization and ticket documentation skills.
Knowledge and experience supporting networked and stand-alone printers.
Working knowledge with remote support tools.
Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as ServiceNow in addition to other remote access desktop programs.
Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.
Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.
CompTIA A+ Certification Preferred.
ITIL Certification Preferred.
Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a Laboratory and Manufacturing company Preferred.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
