Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
This position supports the management of product and software development teams within Credit Administration Technology, a team that is more advanced in its agile journey. The Scrum Lead partners closely with Technology and product teams, ensuring alignment to agile practices and PI planning activities. The role is instrumental in driving collaboration, transparency, and delivery excellence across initiatives.
The Scrum Lead ensures development teams follow agile framework values and practices, mentoring and motivating them to continuously improve processes. They facilitate ceremonies and decision-making forums, remove impediments, and provide guidance that enables delivery predictability and measurable outcomes.

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization
License or Certification Type: Scrum Certification Required

Responsibilities
- Agile Facilitation & PI Planning - Leads agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups. Partners with product teams to prepare and execute Program Increment (PI) planning, ensuring alignment of priorities, dependencies, and commitments across teams.
- Project Coordination - Applies agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Coordinates with stakeholders to track progress, identify risks, and drive accountability.
- Communication & Collaboration - Facilitates effective communication between the scrum team, product teams, and external stakeholders. Provides visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies through consistent reporting and updates.
- Business Support - Organizes demos and product/system testing sessions to showcase progress. Ensures a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
