We are seeking a Sales Recruiter III to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and commercial roles that directly support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives and revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, consultative recruiter who can partner closely with sales and GTM leadership to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for sales, commercial, and technical roles
Partner with hiring managers and GTM stakeholders on workforce planning
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market mapping
Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the candidate lifecycle
Manage offers, compensation discussions, and candidate closures
Maintain accurate ATS documentation and support onboarding processes
Use recruiting metrics and market insights to drive hiring efficiency
Required Skills & Experience (MUST HAVES)
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong experience hiring sales, commercial, and/or GTM-aligned roles
Exposure to technical recruiting in SaaS / B2B / tech environments
Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
Hands-on sourcing expertise (LinkedIn, talent mapping, referrals)
Experience managing offers and negotiations
Data-driven mindset with ATS and recruiting metrics experience
Excellent communication and candidate experience management skills
Nice to Have
SaaS or high-growth tech startup experience
GTM workforce planning or revenue team hiring exposure
