Job Details
Contract Desktop Technician (Windows/HP)
Rate: starting at $20hr.
Location: Chicago, IL
On-site: 5 days/week
Duration: 6+ months
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Desktop tech experience in Windows environments
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Knowledge of SCCM (MECM)
- Ability to track and maintain hardware inventory (serial number/asset tag) to be communicated with Asset Manager
- Ability to lift equipment up to 30 lbs. (endpoint devices, peripherals)
- Excellent client interfacing skills
Preferred
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 11 operating system.
- Working experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
