Job Details

Role: Power Apps Tech Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term


Were looking for a Power Apps Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Power Apps solutions. Youll work closely with the Solution Architect and development teams, providing technical leadership and ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Power Apps solution design and development from concept to deployment.

  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols.

  • Integrate Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Support continuous improvement using Agile and DevOps methodologies.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in Power Apps development (or equivalent with advanced degree).

  • Proven experience leading Power Platform projects (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

  • Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies.

  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and analytical abilities.

  • Experience in healthcare or managed care environments is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
