Join a leading global consulting organization s Veeva Practice as a Technical Architect focused on Veeva Commercial Cloud solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital transformation across the healthcare and life sciences industry, combining Veeva platform expertise with cloud architecture and innovative consulting assets.
You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, compliant, and value-driven Veeva solutions, particularly within PromoMats and MedComms ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client-facing technical discovery workshops to understand business needs and define scalable Veeva Vault PromoMats solutions.
Architect full lifecycle promotional material workflows: intake, MLR/PRC review, approval, expiry, and re-approval.
Configure Vault lifecycles, workflows, security roles, document types, and metadata models.
Integrate Vault with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, RIM, DAM, MedComms) via APIs and middleware.
Drive document and data migrations while maintaining parity across SBX, Test, and Production environments.
Stay current with new Veeva product releases and lead adoption of platform enhancements.
Translate business and regulatory requirements (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxP) into technical solutions.
Deliver compelling technical demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution presentations.
Collaborate across internal teams to embed reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
Provide mentorship to junior technical team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, including PromoMats, MedComms, DAM, and Claims modules.
Proven track record in end-to-end PromoMats implementations (minimum of two).
Solid understanding of MLR processes, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory compliance.
Consulting experience and client-facing solution architecture exposure.
Strong communication skills able to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Cloud platform experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with Healthcare & Life Sciences industry challenges, standards, and procurement processes.
Veeva Certifications: Vault Platform Administrator and/or Vault CRM Administrator.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Veeva certifications and experience across Modular Content, CRM, and Commercial Cloud.
Technical expertise in ETL, Web Services, SQL, Force.com, Batch CSV integration, and data migration.
Experience integrating Veeva with Salesforce, IQVIA, or other pharma/life sciences platforms.
Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, and industry-specific compliance frameworks.
Background in Agile delivery methodologies.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
