Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a Remote Senior Manager, Digital Testing (A/B) & Analytics (Eastern time zone only) to join their team.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the A/B Testing Process across the Org and Manage Backlog: Develop A/B Testing backlog, including the coordination across a cross functional team to manage on-going tests and outputs
* Identify optimization opportunities to drive performance at the site and aggregate level: Leverage various data analysis and testing results to drive continuous site performance results
* Provide monthly digital analysis and reporting, develop insights using Google analytics: This individual will oversee the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests, as well as the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that measure the performance and impact of digital initiatives
* Collaborate with Stakeholders/Business Partners: This role will be working in concert with a broader digital transformation effort that crosses multiple teams in a highly matrixed organization
* Drive data integrity and best practices within the team and across the organization: This individual will also ensure the quality and accuracy of data collection and analysis, establishes and enforces testing and analytics best practices and standards, and fosters a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of professional experience
* 7+ years of experience in Digital testing, A/B and e-commerce
* 2+ years of experience in e-commerce
* 1+ years of experience with Google analytics, ideally GA4
* Flexibility to engage across dynamically changing project responsibilities, similar to a start-up environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
