Position: Senior CyberArk & RSA Operations Engineer
Location: Remote (Must live in Southern CA, preferably near San Diego)
Travel: Bi-monthly or quarterly to Las Vegas
Start Date: First week of September
Duration: Multi-Year Contract
Eligibility: No citizenship restrictions; must have significant verifiable US experience

Role Overview

Part of the Operations team, focusing on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Assurance. You will manage CyberArk and RSA security infrastructure, ensure compliance, and work closely with IAM, Security, and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain CyberArk and RSA security infrastructure
Manage privileged accounts, secure credentials, and enforce MFA
Monitor access activity and respond to incidents
Support audits, ensure NERC CIP & SOX compliance
Integrate CyberArk and RSA with enterprise systems (AD, LDAP)
Automate tasks using PowerShell, REST APIs

Must-Have Skills

4+ years with CyberArk (PAM, PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault)
3+ years with RSA (SecurID or IGL)
Privileged access, MFA, and identity governance experience
Integration with AD, LDAP, enterprise systems
Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, REST APIs)

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with EMS, NERC CIP, SOX compliance
CyberArk, RSA, or CISSP/CISM certifications (nice to have)

Work Model

Remote with occasional onsite presence
Must be local to Southern California or willing to relocate
Must be willing to travel to Las Vegas bi-monthly/quarterly
