Position Title: Aloha Analyst

Required Skills:

3+ years of technical troubleshooting experience

Experience with Aloha POS systems

Experience maintaining equipment in a lab

Knowledge of Jira

Understanding of integrated digital systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must

Problem solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Aloha Analyst to join a technology-forward organization in Columbus, Ohio. Ideal candidates will have experience troubleshooting Aloha POS systems and maintaining equipment in the lab. This individual will need to have problem solving skills and work well independently. Additionally, this individual will need be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
