Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive user journeys and prototypes for telehealth platforms across diverse devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with patient needs and healthcare standards.
- Conduct user research to refine and enhance digital healthcare interactions.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of consistent user experiences through design systems.
- Facilitate workshops to inspire innovative UX/UI solutions in healthcare.
Skills
- Extensive experience in UX/UI design, particularly within healthcare technology.
- Proficient in modern design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong project management capabilities with a focus on user-centered design.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills for balancing user needs with business objectives.
- Ability to design in accordance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with telehealth platforms and understanding of healthcare workflows.
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping and basic front-end development.
- Knowledge of healthcare privacy standards such as HIPAA.
- Proven track record in launching successful healthcare products.
