Job Description
We are seeking a PC Support Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-users. This role involves handling technical call center inquiries, email requests, and ticket resolution, with additional responsibilities in desktop support, imaging, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting Windows environments and peripheral devices.
Responsibilities
Provide tier 1 and tier 2 IT support by answering calls, responding to emails, and resolving service tickets.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Diagnose and resolve issues with peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, or peripherals.
Perform basic analysis and resolution of technical issues.
(Preferred) Image and reimage equipment independently for deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of verifiable experience in a technical call center or IT support role.
Hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, and networks.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Customer service mindset, able to assist users both over the phone and in-person.
Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with imaging and reimaging equipment for deployment.
Work Location: 100% Onsite Columbus, OH
Contract Duration: October 1, 2025 June 30, 2027
