Pay Rate / Salary (Ranges OK) : $30/hr

Desktop Operations Specialist
As a key member of our IT team, you'll lead complex troubleshooting, mentor team members, and improve processes to ensure top-tier desktop support. You'll handle escalated technical issues, enhance documentation, and deliver exceptional service across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other enterprise tools.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace, PCs/Macs, VPNs, and network issues.
  • Resolve escalated tickets in Jira, meeting SLAs and documenting solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements; maintain documentation in Confluence.
  • Mentor Desktop Operations Specialists and assist in onboarding/training.
  • Support users via Slack, Teams, Zoom, and phone; collaborate with other IT teams.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years with Microsoft 365 & Entra ID, plus enterprise PC/Mac support experience.
  • Google Workspace administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of IAM, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
  • Proven process improvement and documentation skills.
  • Preferred: Jira, Confluence, and team mentorship experience.
