Job Overview:
SAP SCM Analytics Manager leads a team of SMEs in SAP Supply Chain business processes and data migration.
Responsibilities:
Provide internal consulting for the SAP SCM data, analytics and migration strategies across global supply chain operations teams.
Develop and implement data-driven supply chain analytics strategies to optimize inventory management, demand forecasting, procurement, and logistics operations.
Contribute to ongoing SAP S4/HANA migration projects developing change management strategies, setting up implementation goals and deliverables, and own processes on Master Data Governance Data Migrations from legacy systems to SAP using AD&M methodology.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience leading/managing implementation of SAP SCM data analytics and developing solutions to measure supply chain performance and reporting.
At least 3 years of SCM Data Manager or Lead.
Experience in AD&M (Advanced Planning & Demand Management).
Relevant experience with at least one SAP S4/HANA implementation.
Expertise in Supply Chain Data Analytics and workflows. Proven capability to handle high-level supply chain analytics issues and escalations effectively.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, BI tools and Excel.
Familiarity with supply chain technology advancements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
