Job Details
Piper Companies is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager for an established Insurance company located in Cherry Hill, NJ. This position is HYBRID and will require you to be onsite 1 day a week. The CRM Marketing Manager will serve as the strategic owner of HubSpot for Marketing, driving CRM initiatives, data integrity, and platform integrations to support marketing activations and customer engagement.

Responsibilities of the CRM Marketing Manager:
- Act as the business owner of HubSpot for Marketing, overseeing campaign setup, CRM activations, and platform optimization.
- Manage CRM operations including training, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless collaboration with IT for technical support.
- Maintain and optimize data flow and system integrations, particularly between HubSpot and Faraday, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.
- Build and implement rubrics within HubSpot to support segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to feed audience lists into marketing platforms and ensure campaign execution.
Qualifications of the CRM Marketing Manager:
- Proven experience managing CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, in a marketing context.
- Strong understanding of CRM data architecture, data flow, and integration best practices.
- Experience working with marketing tools like Faraday or similar predictive analytics platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with IT for resolution.
- Skilled in building workflows, segmentation rubrics, and automation within CRM systems.
- Comfortable stepping up from a previous role into a more strategic position.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working cross-functionally with IT and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data quality and optimizing CRM performance.
Compensation for the CRM Marketing Manager:
- Salary: $80,000-$90,000
