Full Stack Engineer Own Path

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET, C# 11, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring robust, secure data storage and retrieval mechanisms.
• Work on system integrations and API development to support data interchange between various health systems and platforms.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an agile environment, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features and enhancements that meet the high standards of the BHA and the Office of Information Technology.
• Ensure compliance with the highest security standards, including OWASP Application Security Verification Standard.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Required Technical Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, with substantial experience in .NET technologies and PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in C# 11, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with front-end technologies like Angular or React is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Terraform).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment.
