Job Details

Job Summary:
The Technology Support Specialist will provide onsite IT support in hospital and clinic settings. Responsibilities include hardware/software troubleshooting, incident resolution, service requests, equipment lifecycle management, and collaboration with higher-tier IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier I & II IT support for end-users and clinical staff

  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware/software (PCs, printers, mobile devices)

  • Document incidents, assist with root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams

  • Support small IT projects and perform routine system maintenance

  • Ensure compliance with security and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree + 4 years of IT support experience (or 6+ years in lieu of degree)

  • Strong experience with Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware devices

  • Familiar with networking and client/server concepts

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and travel between onsite locations
