Job Summary:
The Technology Support Specialist will provide onsite IT support in hospital and clinic settings. Responsibilities include hardware/software troubleshooting, incident resolution, service requests, equipment lifecycle management, and collaboration with higher-tier IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier I & II IT support for end-users and clinical staff
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware/software (PCs, printers, mobile devices)
Document incidents, assist with root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance
Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams
Support small IT projects and perform routine system maintenance
Ensure compliance with security and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
Qualifications:
Associate degree + 4 years of IT support experience (or 6+ years in lieu of degree)
Strong experience with Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware devices
Familiar with networking and client/server concepts
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift 40 lbs and travel between onsite locations
