Position: Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Integration Delivery Manager
Location: Remote, occasional travel to Los Angeles ( for key meetings or Conference Room Pilot testing session
Job Summary:
The Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Integration Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of integrations within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role involves managing integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between enterprise systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. The manager will also provide strategic leadership in integration methodologies, best practices, and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Strategy & Delivery:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and other enterprise systems.
- Define integration strategies, architecture, and best practices to optimize system performance and data accuracy.
- Ensure seamless data exchange across different Oracle modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, etc.) and third-party applications.
- Oversee the delivery of integration projects, ensuring timely execution within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Technical Leadership & Development:
- Manage the development of APIs, web services, middleware, and ETL processes for system integrations.
- Provide guidance on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, PaaS, and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to understand integration needs and requirements.
- Coordinate with Oracle and third-party service providers for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on integration best practices.
Governance & Continuous Improvement:
- Establish governance models for integration management, ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance, and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and middleware technologies.
- Experience managing integration projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and other Oracle Cloud modules.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Cloud certifications in Integration and Middleware.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation in enterprise integrations.
