Purpose:

As an Inspector, you will play a crucial role in overseeing In-Process/Final inspection. Perform Visual inspection using Microscope to ensure accurate detection of defects or abnormalities in printed circuit boards and modules, electronic components, and assemblies.

Responsibilities:
    \n
  • Regular and predictable attendance required.
  • \n
  • Visual inspection using Microscope.
  • \n
  • Examine documents such as Assembly Instruction (AI), change order (CO)
  • \n
  • And verify the completeness and accuracy of documents.
  • \n
\n

Skills:
    \n
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in electronics manufacturing.
  • \n
  • Experience using a personal computer and working knowledge of Microsoft software including windows & office applications.
  • \n
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • \n
  • Must have basic math skills. Add, subtract, multiply, divide.
  • \n
  • Ability to solve practical problems, ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
  • \n
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to collaborate across different departments and levels of the organization.

Requirements:
    \n
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • \n
  • Minimum one years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector or equivalent.
  • \n
  • Familiar with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.
  • \n
  • Familiar with Electronic Component Identification.
  • \n
  • Ability to work overtime including weekends as needed to meet customer needs and on time delivery.
