Job Title: Messaging NOC / Voice NOC
Location: Dallas, TX / Kansas City, KS (Onsite, 5 Days a Week)
Shift: Night Shift (10-hour shifts)
About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Technician Network Operations Centre (NOC) to join our team. This is a hands-on, non-engineering role focused on providing 24/7 monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support for telecom and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in telecom networks and messaging technologies while leading and mentoring NOC personnel to ensure seamless operations and network stability.
Key Responsibilities-
Act as a subject matter expert across telecom platforms, including GSM, UMTS, LTE, IP, and messaging systems.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to NOC personnel, including training and documentation support.

Monitor KPIs, alarms, and system degradations; escalate as necessary to maintain network performance.

Respond to and troubleshoot alarms from monitoring tools such as One Console, Splunk, OpenSearch, NetScout, and CyberArk.

Perform pre- and post-deployment validations to confirm successful upgrades and minimize service issues.

Collaborate with deployment teams (NCI/ATAC) to escalate and resolve service-impacting issues.

Lead troubleshooting sessions and handle critical outages, ensuring rapid resolution and service continuity.
Experience & Skills

4 7 years of experience in telecom or network operations.

Advanced knowledge of telecom messaging technologies, including Mavenir SMS, MMS, RCS, VMAS, and mStore.

Strong expertise in core networking protocols and diagnostic tools.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and network database tools.
Education

High School Diploma or GED (required).
Work Schedule

Night shift, 10-hour shifts.

Flexibility to handle urgent troubleshooting outside of regular hours.
