Job Details
Role: Sr. System Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
Must have Skills:
- Experience: 7 11 years in systems analysis, programming, and operations
- Technical: SDLC/STLC, ITIL, relational databases, UML, version control tools, client-server architecture
- Domain: Healthcare industry exposure (Medicare/Medicaid preferred)
- Soft Skills: Communication, analytical ability, multitasking, mentoring
- Operational: Ticketing systems, troubleshooting, adherence to CMMI/ITIL standards
Operational & Support Skills:
- Experience with ticketing systems for tracking and managing work
- Ability to triage production tickets and troubleshoot issues
- Strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence
- Experience in supporting client presentations and demos
