Job Details
To achieve EMV certification for:
- Self-Checkout (SCO) using Ingenico Link7000
- Mobile Checkout using Ingenico Link2500 and Link2500LE
Certification will be executed with seven authorizers. Each certification path requires hundreds of test cases validated via a Collis test device. The work involves cross-functional collaboration, dedicated QA and engineering resources, and strict coordination with authorizers, support teams, and tools providers.
2. Scope Details
2.1 Devices Under Certification
- Ingenico Link7000 for SCO
- Ingenico Link2500 & Link2500LE for Mobile Checkout
2.2 Authorizer Integration & Certification
- Certification must be performed with seven different payment authorizers (FIS, Fiserv North, Discover, Fiserv Buypass, Amex, Chase).
- Each authorizer has its own EMV certification path with proprietary test cases, tools, and processes.
3. Execution Requirements
3.1 Testing Process
- Execute hundreds of test cases per authorizer using Collis tools and test cards.
- Retest and validate any failed cases until full certification approval.
- Maintain logs, test evidence, and ensure test reproducibility.
4. Team Dependencies & Collaboration
4.1 Internal Teams
- UPP Team: Support for device configuration, transaction routing, and device-cloud communication
- STFC Team: Intake submissions, test environment readiness, network-level support
- CPC & AO Teams: Technical assistance in debugging and root cause analysis of any test defects or unexpected behaviors
