Minimum Requirements:
8 years - Experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
8 years - Experience developing with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, COBOL, SQR).
8 years - Experience developing with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
8 years - Experience working with advanced SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle database.
8 years - Experience with Linux OS scripting.
8 years - Experience working with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
8 years - Experience analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents.
8 years - Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) - with at least 4 of these applications.
8 years - Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting - at least 4 years of experience.

Preferred Experience:
4 years - Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
2 years - Experience working with the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.
2 years - Experience working with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP).

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP PeopleSoft Developer to support and enhance our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
The ideal candidate will specialize in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, particularly the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules, and will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
This role involves ETL procedures, interface development, and collaboration with a large remote team.

Responsibilities:
Analyze, modify, encode, test, and debug ERP applications.
Ensure full integration of software into the PeopleSoft ERP system.
Coordinate software integration efforts and maintain technical documentation.
Perform ETL procedures to convert data from legacy systems into PeopleSoft.
Develop new interface programs to and from third-party systems.
Collaborate with remote teams and communicate effectively.
Participate in standard SDLC tasks and other project-related activities.
Provide support during off-hours as needed depending on project phase.
