Job description, Roles and Responsibilities

The associate shall own end-to-end testing, which requires full functionality testing of all EAM MLR system features for a given release, capabilities, and components in an environment closely replicating the clients production environment. Associate shall work with other third-party vendors in designing, developing, and executing complex test cases for end-to-end testing. Associate shall work with other third-party vendors to perform unit and system testing to ensure that the EAM System is fully functional and free of material defects and is working according to clients approved requirements specification. Identified or reported defects shall be corrected before the start of UAT testing

Roles and Responsibilities.

• An associate should be well-versed with Maximo structure and functionality
• Associate shall create a test plan, a test strategy, test case document that includes functional and integration test cases, positive/negative test case scenarios, test scripts as needed
• Associate need to list the test scenarios covering all the business processes from end to end, such as, transactions that flows from Maximo to other applications and vice versa.
• Associate need to have hands on experience in executing, functional, integration and regression test cases.
• Associate to own the complete defect life cycle management from logging the defects into jira, triaging with development spocs and closing the defects after resolutions
• Associate shall develop and deliver a Test Report (TR) that outlines all reviews and tests performed and respective results. The TR must be presented to Client Service Owner prior to proceeding to the User Acceptance Testing phase

Technical skills Maximo 7 and above product expertise, experience with maximo integration with salesforce, SAP, Experience with Maximo integrations using SOAP, Rest APIs, Postman etc.
