RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Technical Writer in Acton, MA.

Summary:
We're seeking a Senior Technical Writer to support UX design documentation for a regulated platform. This role focuses on creating and managing technical content such as design specifications, microcopy, and graphical requirements documentation. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Senior Technical Writer will write and maintain UX documentation, including microcopy and design specs
* Manage UX strings for localization and translation workflows
* Submit and maintain documentation in PLM systems
* As a Senior Technical Writer, you will lead improvements in documentation processes and tools
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and drive revisions

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-7 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries
* Experience with PLM systems and UX tools (e.g., Figma, Jira, Confluence)
* Strong writing/editing skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
