Job Details

Title: Certified Workday Consultant / Technical Analyst (HCM / FSCM)
Location: Central New Jersey
Schedule: 4 days onsite

**Must have certificaiton and hands-on configuration experience in HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Absence, Compensation) or FSCM (Financials, SCM, Procurement, AP, GL, etc.).

Requirements:
Comfortable working with Workday configuration, reporting, integrations, security, testing, and cross-functional workflow optimization
Strong expertise in Workday - Business Process configuration, Security configuration, Calculated fields, Custom and advanced reporting
Experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS) able to collaborate closely with developers even if not building integrations directly
Experience with Reporting & Analytics, Integration & Technical Collaboration, Testing & Deployment, Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support, Post-Implementation Stabilization

Responsibilities:
Support ongoing configuration, new development, complex troubleshooting, and enterprise integrations that extend Workday s functionality across the health system
Work closely with Workday Integration Developers, functional leads, and business stakeholders to ensure Workday continues to scale and stabilize post-go-live
Configure and maintain Workday HCM or Workday Financials/SCM business processes, security, condition rules, domain policies, and calculated fields
Support enhancement requests, new functionality rollouts, and system changes related to the ongoing Workday program
Troubleshoot complex functional and configuration issues, including cross-module dependencies
Partner with functional SMEs to ensure Workday processes align with HMH operational needs

Estimated Min Rate: $60.00
Estimated Max Rate: $75.00
