Description

SAIC is seeking a Systems Integration Test Engineer to support SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program, supporting the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.

As the Systems Integration Test Engineer you will be providing test script execution, providing SETA support, managing complex test threads, supporting Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing, and optimizing test script performance.

Responsibilities to include:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to validate system integration.
  • Ensure test scripts cover various scenarios, including edge cases and stress tests.
  • Monitor test executions and analyze outcomes to identify any discrepancies or failures.
  • Design and manage complex test threads to simulate real-world system interactions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive test coverage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during test execution.
  • Assist in the testing of Minimum Viable Products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Provide detailed feedback and reports on MVP test results, highlighting potential improvements.
  • Optimize test scripts for efficiency and performance to reduce execution time and resource usage.
  • Continuously improve test methodologies to enhance test accuracy and reliability.
  • Utilize performance metrics to refine and enhance testing processes.
  • Maintain and update test documentation to reflect any changes in test requirements or procedures.
  • Work closely with software developers, system engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, etc.
  • Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Proven experience with automated test script execution and management.
  • Strong background in managing and executing complex test threads.
  • Experience in supporting MVP testing.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for test scripts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
