Job Title: Allocation Execution Specialist

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Allocation Execution Specialist to ensure accurate and timely product allocation across multiple distribution sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain operations and order fulfillment, with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute product allocations in SAP based on backlog analysis and allocation strategy with minimal supervision.
• Match supply and demand across multiple distribution centers to support customer order fulfillment and meet operational targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply planning, logistics, customer service) to resolve shipment blockers and support order flow.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders on allocation status, risks, and trends.
• Investigate and resolve allocation-related issues submitted through internal ticketing systems or communication channels.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and suggesting tool enhancements.
• Document and share best practices across the team.
• Participate in meetings and lead discussions related to allocation and fulfillment, when needed.

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, order fulfillment, or distribution operations in an enterprise environment.
• Experience working with customer or sales orders, preferably in a large-scale ERP system (SAP strongly preferred).
• Proficient in data analysis; experience with Excel required, Tableau a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve routine problems; escalates complex issues appropriately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with distribution sites and resolving fulfillment issues.
• Bachelor s Degree required (preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field).
