Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
- Partner with the Equipment, and Facilities Engineering and IT teams to identify, source, and implement viable options for Silicon Wafer transport:
- Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS)
- Pick/Place Robots
- Process Tool Tending Robots/Cobots
- Sets high standards for themselves- acts a role model and helps to shape a positive culture in the organization
- Provide clear/concise communication to stakeholders up, down, and laterally across the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Autocad, Solidworks, Sketchup, etc.
- Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Machine Vision.
- Working knowledge of a programming language (e.g. C#, Java, Python etc.)
- Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated work history showing good logic, data analysis, and project management skills.
- Solid track record of execution and delivering results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Wafer handling troubleshooting experience with semiconductor front-end tools from major OEMs: Applied Materials, TEL, ASML, LAM, Nikon, ASM, Axcelis, DNS, Hitachi, Ulvac, etc.
- Robotic and cobotic troubleshooting design/troubleshooting experience.
