Job Details

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: 6+ Months

Lack of familiarity with Microsoft financial reporting tools, such as Mercury.
Less than 18 months of tenure or access within Microsoft.
Insufficient experience in managing high volumes of purchase orders and vendor onboarding.
Inability to demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel.
Lack of prior Microsoft history and experience with Microsoft-specific tools.
Inadequate attention to detail and quality focus in previous roles.
Inability to work independently in a remote setting.
Insufficient experience in tracking budget changes and managing financial transactions accurately.
Poor communication skills or inability to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
Failure to comply with Microsoft policies and procedures.

Strong understanding of marketing finance operations, including budgeting, accruals, and vendor management.
